David Lee Ion - Vice Presidential Transparency Disclosure, Eligibility Qualifications

Incumbent:
One who holds a public office. By virtue of their experience in office, their exposure to the public, and their ability to raise campaign funds, incumbents usually have a significant advantage over opponents if they choose to run for reelection.
 
Constituent:
Having authority and power to frame or alter a political constitution or fundamental law, as distinguished from lawmaking power: a constituent assembly. One who authorizes another to act in his or her behalf, as a voter in a district represented by an elected official.
 
During their campaigns, Candidates promise voters the "most transparent" administrations in American history. Yet less than two years into their offices we are regularly reminded of their failures in living up to these promises.
 
Now more than ever it is clear that this White House, nor the Congress, are capable of policing itself and needs to open itself to an independent investigation. I support Independent Statesmen members of Congress to ask the Justice Department to appoint a special prosecutor to look into and vet these "transparency claims" and or any claims against these incumbent usurpers.
 
We have allowed the government to USE the Two Political Parties to divide & conquor We the People. The Constitution enumerates a bi-cameral (Two House) system of Congress - It says nothing about a Two Party restraint!
 
Obfuscation and stonewalling is not what politicians of either party promise Americans, and it's not what you deserve. This is YOUR government -- it's time to hold it responsible.
 
This is a Nation of Law; not of Men. All we can do is "Show Politicians How Statesmen through Honesty & Integrity, provide Full Transparency in a government of the People, by the People, for the People". "Know your Candidates; Vote / VOTI your Conscience!" in 2010, 2012 and through ever vigilant citizens, forevermore . . .
 
No one can really stand your defense as well as you yourself can. The Constitution of the United States of America sets that up for all of us. The above FBI-NCIC Criminal History, (some call it a Rap Sheet) may at first make it "seem as one was always in trouble". I point out that incidents are reported multiple times, elongating the reporting cycles.
 
I will say this: Look carefully at my "NCIC".
     Corner me; Coerce me; Physically threaten me? =   You will find that which you seek.
          Come at me with a weapon? =   My advice, think twice about what your bringing. I may only give one warning.
               Scare me? =   There may not be any warning.
 
So what does my NCIC "track record" indicate?
Physically threatened, I was found Guilty of standing my defense or fighting back.
Weapons involved, I was found Not Guilty. I will Stand My Ground, you will have to Back Me Down.
 
Responsibility is the First Prerequisite to Freedoms and Liberties.
No one has ever been wrongfully harmed by my Keeping and Bearing Arms for 45 years from the age of 14 years old.

Note that none of the progressive socialist liberal States honor or reciprocate with the unalienable rights to defend Life, Limb, Posterity or Property for that matter! If you don't like the constitution or statutes of the State your in, consider relocation. It may soon become a life and death matter (Police State). "Guns made America free; Guns will keep America free." Any other notion is foolhardy . . . self-inflicted demise, Your Choice.
 
That is the beauty of a Republic comprised of these several States.
