God Has Blessed America, It Is Now Time For America To Bless God
Lets get Americas' Candle relit and start her to glowing again.

Bill Nees for President 2012I, Bill Nees, as Presidential Candidate for 2012 believe that our Christian heritage, the traditional family, patriotism, and our unalienable rights are under attack; that our educational, economic and social institutions, and use of natural resources, have been perverted by those who would destroy our way of life; and that our Constitution, republican form of government, national security, and national sovereignty are hanging by a thread.

I, am also convinced and believe that "We The People" are the only political body that embraces the principles necessary for the retention and restoration of our traditional way of life. I therefore, present this Platform as a guideline of my beliefs and strategies for preserving our nation and our freedom, for ourselves and for our posterity.

INTRODUCTION - Bill Nees for President of the United States of America in 2012
Campaigning towards the White House, Washington D.C. starting on August 1, 2009

I, Bill Nees, as a free Sovereign Independent American, One of We the People, of the United States of America,
out of great love for my God, my Family, my Constitution and my Country do proclaim:
1.   I believe that the Creator is the Universal Legislator of this land with the authority and power vested in We the People; that we are fundamentally a Religious nation; and that only by faith in and obedience to these precepts shall we be preserved as a great nation.

2.   I believe that families are the fundamental building blocks of a moral society; that traditional family values are the strength of our nation; and that religious principles are the key to strong homes in America.

3.   I believe that patriotism, civic duty and good character are essential to personal liberty and responsibility in America.

4.   I believe that the Creator has endowed men with certain unalienable rights, such as life, liberty and property; that these rights are guaranteed by the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States of America; and that it is the function of government to protect these rights.

5.   I believe that religious principles originally were the foundation of our educational system; and that they should again be made the center of American education.

6.   I believe that "free enterprise" is the best economic system for America; that taxation should be limited to those methods provided for in the original Constitution; and that our nation must return to a debt-free monetary system in accordance with the Constitution.

7.   I believe that government has no Constitutional authority to convert to socialism; that state and local governments have the right and moral obligation to discourage drug and alcohol use and gambling in their jurisdictions; and that the safety of law-abiding citizens must take precedence over the rights of criminals.

8.   I believe protection of the environment should be a state responsibility; that there must be a dynamic balance between energy development and conservation; and that there are safe and inexpensive alternative energy sources that should be developed.

9.   I believe that the Constitution of the United States of America was prepared and adopted by men under inspiration from Almighty God; that it is a solemn compact created by the People of the states of this nation; and that it was made as a guide for a moral and religious People.

10.   I believe that the sole function of government is to protect life, liberty and property; that the federal government is an agent of the states and the people; and that each state is sovereign in performing those functions reserved to it by the U.S. Constitution.

11.   I believe that a strong defense establishment is essential to the preservation of our nation; that America must not commit its military to any international organization; and that no foreign military bases should be allowed on American soil.

12.   I believe that a sovereign America is necessary for us to maintain our freedom and way of life; that we must withdraw from all international agreements that diminish our sovereignty; and that we must resist all efforts to draw us into a global government.

PREAMBLE

I believe that the foundations of our country were spiritual: I believe that the Constitution for the United States of America was established as an inspired ensign and standard of liberty for all. It is the only constitution based foremost upon the rights and liberties of a free and independent people. Our God-given rights are superior to government, placing government as the servant of the people and not their master. I revere the founding documents of United States of America, honor the men who framed them, and ascribe all honor and glory to the God who inspired them. I believe second to worshiping God, that our greatest responsibility as Americans is vigilance in protecting our God-inspired Constitution and rights, both for ourselves and our posterity.

I do believe and assert that we are in a Constitutional crisis. The major provisions of the Constitution are being compromised and our God-given rights are being intruded upon or eliminated at an alarming rate. The original intent of our educational, economic, social, and political institutions are becoming perverted. The rights and nature of our national sovereignty, religious heritage, and traditional family values are under attack. We solemnly declare that our Constitution, liberties, and national sovereignty currently hang by a thread. We assert that institutionalized corruption and the loss of our rights and liberties are unconstitutional, unacceptable and inexcusable.

The Founding Fathers established this nation as a Constitutional Free Republic, with a democratic form of government, and not a democracy. I believe that our Constitutional Free Republic can still be fully restored by lawful means, but only to the extent that "We The People" stand united and vigilant, in the cause of Freedom, Liberty and Justice for all.
"The people [not government]... are the only sure reliance for the preservation of our liberty." – Thomas Jefferson,

John F. Kennedy asked "Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what can you do for your country".

The time has once again come to ask you for help to retain and restore our great Constitution, and make America as proud as she has ever been.

It is also the dividing line that determines whether or not we learn from our mistakes in daily life." --Bill Nees 2010
